Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from our website, www.jhayluxurycosmetics.com, you can return the item(s) within 15 days of receipt. You must ensure that the package has not been damaged and items have neither been opened nor used. As a result of hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards, all items must remain new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
Refund conditions:
1. First you need to contact customer service via email – support@jhayluxurycosmetics.com for a refund request within 15 days of receiving the product. This will enable customer service to profile the item as soon as possible and facilitate return. Once the 15 days have passed, we will no longer accept your refund request.
2. If a wrong item was delivered to you, you are not obligated to pay any fees to return the item(s). However, items returned must be in good shape before funds will be refunded. To process an exchange or refund if you have received the wrong product, please ensure you have included the following information in your request:
– the email address you used to place your order
– your order number
– details of the wrong or missing item(s) from your order
– a clear picture of the invoice and products received.
3. If the refund is made for the customer’s own reasons, such as not liking it or not wanting it anymore, we will need to charge a handling fee of 30% of the selling price for the returned product. Also, any original shipping costs or return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless it is an error on our part.
4. If the item was purchased during promotions and the price of the item has changed upon time of return, the original price at the time of return will apply if you have requested an exchange of the item after our promo period. This does not apply if it is the same type of item but a different shade.
5. Once we have received your package, as long as the items have been returned in a re-saleable condition your refund will be issued without delay. Your refund will be confirmed by email, and funds will be returned to your original payment method. This can take up to 10 working days to show on your statement from the time of issue. Please be aware that this varies by bank and payment method.
