Shipping Policy
- All packages are processed within 1-2 working days, excluding sales and pre-sales products which may take longer time.
- We deliver worldwide. Shipping within Nigeria takes 2-5 working days and international shipping takes 8-15 working days.
- Shipping fee varies depending on the location. For items purchased in our Nigerian e-store to be delivered within Nigeria, shipping fees start from N4,000 depending on the part of Nigeria. For items purchased internationally to be delivered in Nigeria, the delivery fee will be calculated upon checkout. Please note that we only do direct delivery, we bring your products straight to your doorstep.
- Shipping fee also varies depending on the actual price of your order. The more items you purchase, the less the shipping fee. Terms and Conditions may apply.
- If an order is returned to us because no one was present at the time of delivery or because the address is invalid, you will be charged for re-shipping.
- All orders placed after closing hours of a working day will be processed the following working day.
Important Notice for international shipment
Delivery time is largely influenced by the speed of customs clearance, the number and efficiency of the staff delivering the goods and other factors.
